AXO®315 Accelerometer

The AXO®315 is a single-axis closed-loop digital MEMS accelerometer in a compact and lightweight hermetically-sealed ceramic SMD package. With a footprint of just 12x12 mm, it provides a performance-equivalent alternative to costlier quartz and mechanical accelerometers with a significantly smaller footprint, and provides stable and reliable performance under a wide range of conditions.

The versatile device provides a 24-bit SPI interface for easy integration into electronic designs, and features built-in temperature compensation for precise output under the entire temperature range. The unit's self-test capability enables verification of sensor operation without needing to remove it from the system.

With a wide input range, the AXO®315 is ideal for navigation and positioning in highly dynamic marine and subsea environments, as well as for integration into IMUs designed for guidance and orientation of drilling and survey equipment.
