SatLab‘s HydroBoat1500 Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) and M2 Multibeam Echo Sounder completed a port survey in Spain in February 2026, working with local Spanish agents.
Deployed in a port environment, the combined USV and multibeam setup demonstrated straightforward operation and delivered accurate survey data.
Using SPIN technology, the system removed the need for SVP data collection while still producing high-precision point cloud data. The solution performed reliably throughout the project and was positively received by the client.
