The 2476 is a high-performance three-axis accelerometer module based on three orthogonally-mounted SDI industrial-grade surface mount MEMS accelerometer chips. The plug-and-play device is ideal for marine and offshore applications involving large or rapid temperature fluctuations, or prolonged periods of extreme temperatures.

The rugged sensor is packaged in a traditional 1-inch square anodized aluminium housing with an easily detachable connector that allows for custom cable lengths of up to 2000 feet. Each unit is individually tested, calibrated and verified in a climate chamber in order to ensure the highest possible accuracy over a range of rapidly varying temperatures, and a full calibration report can be provided.
