ROV Locator

The ROV Locator (ROVL) range provides cost-effective USBL subsea positioning solutions for operations at depths of up to 300 meters. The product family includes three distinct variants to suit a range of operational requirements.

ROV Locator Mk II
Utilizes separate GNSS devices on topside receiver and ROV transmitter to synchronize the clocks on each unit

ROV Locator Mk III
Uses duplex acoustic communication with a transceiver on the topside and a transponder on the ROV, requiring no clock synchronization

ROV Locator Mk V
Utilizes a common Ethernet connection for accurate and drift-free synchronization that is independent of the speed of sound

Surveyor 240 MBES

The Surveyor 240 is a compact 240 kHz multibeam echosounder designed to provide a highly capable and cost-effective survey solution for smaller USV platforms. Utilizing an advanced angle-of-arrival estimation algorithm , the system delivers superior accuracy to conventional beam-forming methods and achieves sub-degree resolution.

Ideal for very shallow-water operations, the Surveyor 240 is also capable of conducting reliable surveys at depths exceeding 50 meters, making it a versatile option for a broad range of subsea mapping requirements.

Sounder S500 SBES

The Sounder S500 single-beam echosounder has been engineered for easy integration into compact ROVs, AUVs, and ASVs. Featuring separate transducer and control electronics, the system minimizes external profile dimensions while providing greater flexibility during installation.

Leveraging CHIRP sonar technology, the S500 delivers excellent range resolution and accurate distance measurements at ranges of more than 100 meters, making it well suited for a variety of subsea inspection and survey applications.

Manifold 5L

The Manifold 5L is a subsea Ethernet network hub that allows you to connect up to five devices, providing streamlined power and communications and reducing penetrations in main electronics enclosures. Ideal for ROV platforms, it provides an optional tether interface for long-distance connectivity.

Network Hub

Cerulean’s Network Hub enables ROV operators to unify their topside networks, reducing cabling requirements and eliminating the need for multiple adapters. The compact device provides multiple physical interfaces and can be powered directly from a laptop USB-C port, a battery bank, or an external 2.1 mm DC barrel input.

GPS & GNSS Receiver Module

Rated to 300 meters, Cerulean’s GPS/GNSS module features a low-profile non-snagging design and an integrated patch antenna. and supports tracking of two GNSS constellations simultaneously (either GPS + GLONASS or GPS + BeiDou).
