Cerulean Sonar's Omniscan 450 Compact is a forward-looking sonar designed for ROV applications. Pilots can precisely control their scans by rotating their vehicle, instantly focusing on specific areas of interest or enhancing situational awareness with a full 360-degree scan. The unit is tightly integrated with Cerulean's SonarView software, which can generate imagery in real time.
The system provides a 100 meter range, and allows you to detect targets even under the murkiest of conditions. Its 50 degree vertical beam height ensures that you can see objects further in the distance as well as nearer objects even when operating high above the seafloor.
The Omniscan 450 Compact provides three external ports as well as an internal Ethernet switch that enables you to daisy-chain up to two additional devices while using only a single vehicle Ethernet port.
