Long-range side scan sonar for depths of down to 300 meters

Cerulean Sonar's Omniscan 450 SS is a cost-effective side scan sonar system that provides detailed imagery at depths of down to 300 meters. Utilizing a single narrow and tall sonar beam, it offers excellent along-track resolution and long range. Two units can be combined for simultaneous scanning on both sides of the vehicle.

The system is tightly integrated with Cerulean's SonarView software, which can generate full mosaicked imagery if provided with GPS position and heading, or a traditional “waterfall” image if no other information is available.

Omniscan 450 SS is available as a standard version or with a specialized form factor for integration into the Blue Robotics BlueBoat USV.
