AML Oceanographic has expanded its international support infrastructure by opening a dedicated European Calibration and Service Facility in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The new location serves as a strategic extension of the company’s global after-sale network, which currently includes service hubs in Canada, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Australia. By establishing a physical presence within the European Union, the company intends to provide a more streamlined experience for the entire lifecycle of its equipment.
The Amsterdam facility is equipped to handle the full suite of AML sensors and perform comprehensive servicing on the brand’s instrumentation product line. Customers utilizing the Netherlands hub can access the same range of technical support found at the company’s primary headquarters, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, general repairs, part replacement, and precision calibration.
The move is a direct response to market demand for localized support. Proximity to the European market is expected to significantly reduce lead times, expenses, and the logistical complications often associated with international shipping for specialized technical expertise.
While the new facility handles a wide range of instrumentation, the company noted that its Canadian offices remain the sole contact point for the service and repair of MVP systems.
AML Oceanographic said, “We heard you: the proximity to our European market will drastically decrease lead times, inconvenience, expenses, and other logistical complications for our distributors and their clients needing our service and calibration expertise.”
Throughout this expansion, the company maintains that its internal standards for rapid technical support and quality communication will remain consistent across all global locations.
