eSonar believes that all its clients should receive unprecedented access to underwater environmental data, and provides its customers with acoustic and sonar innovations that hold greater efficiency and reduced operating costs.

The company achieves this while promoting sustainability and protecting endangered marine life, working with academic researchers and leading representatives from the fishing, aquaculture, and oil and gas industries.

These close collaborations also ensure that eSonar’s broad range of solutions and products keep pace with the constantly evolving requirements of these marine and maritime sectors. The company’s range of products includes:

TrawlVue Monitoring System

TrawlVue Monitoring System: a range of trawl management solutions with rechargeable Li-Ion batteries, perfect for the commercial fishing and scientific research industries.

SeineVue Monitoring System: an acoustic monitoring system that uses omnidirectional sensors to transmit depth and temperature information, designed for purse seine fisheries.

Seacap for Water Immersion Detection

Micro Sonar Nodes: small form factor altimeter and sounder units for situational awareness in subsea robotics, as well as perception systems suites for autonomous vehicles.

Water Immersion Detection: the Seacap detectors enable subsea sensors to activate when immersed, maximizing battery life while fitting in a 14/3mm outer diameter recess.

Marine Vessel Noise Measurement: these fully integrated data collection technologies characterize the broadband propeller noise emitted from a range of different vessel types.

Marine Mammal Detection: this product is based around a pop-up system with variable buoyancy, aiming to reduce the impact of commercial shipping on endangered mammals.

eSonar also provides extended development and design services, aiding its customers with software and hardware design aspects for subsea sensing and sonar electronics, among others.

Formed a long-term partnership with eSonar enables access to firmware and signal processing software, as well as the company’s IP library.
