Strategic Robotic Systems' FUSION is the first underwater robotic vehicle on the market to seamlessly combine tethered ROV, untethered AUV, and diver propulsion capabilities in a single platform, offering a powerful force multiplier and true multi-mission versatility. Based around a cutting-edge suite of carefully selected and positioned sensors, including GNSS, USBL, DVL, AHRS and sonar, it delivers the utmost in stability and ease of operation.
The platform is powered by high-density Li-ion modules and high-efficiency brushless DC thrusters with quick-release outrunner motors for maximum reliability. Designed to be operational in minutes right out of the box, it can operate from a variety of vessels of opportunity with an extremely small expeditionary footprint, and is compact and lightweight enough to be transported as excess checked baggage.
FUSION's skids and modular payload bay can be equipped with a variety of sensors and equipment to outfit it for virtually any mission. Options include:
