Voyis Imaging Inc.’s Discovery Stereo Vision System has achieved Bureau Veritas (BV) certification, confirming its accuracy in subsea metrology and mooring chain inspections. 

The Bureau Veritas Certification is based on rigorous testing procedures, including subsea metrology and mooring chain inspection accuracy assessments. 

The Discovery Stereo Vision System’s verified linear accuracy enables precise distance measurements, essential for applications such as subsea flange alignment, platform support placement, and cable protection inspection. 

In the Beam Metrology Test conducted by BV, Voyis achieved exceptional results, exceeding required standards and showcasing the device’s impressive capability. 

For localized inspections such as mooring chain and defect metrology, the camera demonstrated high local accuracy, with results surpassing BV’s specifications for chain link diameter and width measurements.

Following the successful certification of system accuracy, Voyis has introduced a significant industry advantage by ensuring that every Discovery Stereo Vision System undergoes the same linear accuracy verification proven by BV before every system delivery. 

Voyis Calibration Process
