An unmanned surface vessel (USV) developed by CEE HydroSystems has integrated Dynautics’ SPECTRE autopilot, aiming to meet customer demand for an easy-to-us, efficient hydrographic survey platform. Read more >>

The CEE-USV features the proprietary CEE-PILOT autonomous waypoint navigation controller, using an onboard SPECTRE control module running advanced algorithms. These algorithms take in high-rate inertial and GNSS data to provide a high-precision path following.

CEE HydroSystems has released a case study outlining the benefits of using autonomous USV platforms, presenting results from a lagoon survey that show the quality and consistency of the CEE-USV with SPECTRE autopilot.

The full case study delves into survey routes, conditions in the lagoon, further USV features, the final bathymetry results, aspects of data consistency, and more.
