The AXO®315T0 is a high-temperature, closed-loop MEMS accelerometer optimized for downhole oil & gas applications. With a ±14 g measurement range and digital 24-bit SPI interface, it delivers excellent stability and noise performance in extreme environments up to +150°C. Composite bias repeatability is rated at 0.8 mg, with a vibration rectification error of just 20 µg/g², ensuring precise inclination measurement in MWD and LWD systems.
Engineered for rugged reliability, AXO®315T0 maintains in-run bias stability of 15 µg and operates for over 1000 hours at 150°C. Its miniature form factor and hermetic ceramic SMD package make it ideal for directional drilling guidance tools requiring high shock resistance, low SWaP, and extended operational life under high vibration and thermal stress.
