The SEAEXPLORER 200 is a specialized variant of the SEAEXPLORER autonomous underwater glider platform, designed for efficient and stable operation in nearshore environments. Engineered for depths ranging from 20 to 200 meters, it is ideal for coastal research, environmental monitoring, and defense applications.
Equipped with advanced sensors, the SEAEXPLORER 200 autonomously collects essential oceanographic data on chemical and physical phenomena, as well as marine life. Its adaptable architecture allows seamless integration with the broader SEAEXPLORER ecosystem, ensuring full compatibility with payloads, wings, propellers, and piloting systems. The platform is also fully compatible with GLIMPSE, ALSEAMAR’s dedicated data processing and monitoring software.
The glider is available with single- or dual-battery configurations, providing flexibility for different endurance and range requirements. Its rechargeable lithium-ion power system enables long-duration missions while maintaining a low logistical footprint.
