The SEAEXPLORER 1000 is ALSEAMAR's latest autonomous underwater glider, incorporating major improvements in power efficiency, payload capacity, and acoustic noise reduction. Using a variable-buoyancy propulsion system with large ballasting volumes, it operates silently and is suited for oceanographic research, offshore energy surveys, and defense-related missions.
Capable of running for up to 110 days, the SEAEXPLORER 1000 supports payloads of up to 8 kg or six sensors distributed across wet and dry bays. This battery-powered system is designed for collecting physical, chemical, biological, and acoustic data with high precision. Its low logistical footprint eliminates the need for support vessels, allowing for deployment and recovery in coastal waters with minimal personnel and equipment.
