Epson digital vibration sensors, supplied by AMCORIS, provide precise three-axis measurement of vibration velocity and displacement for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance in marine and offshore equipment.
Using Epson’s proprietary QMEMS quartz-resonator technology, the sensors feature compact, low-power designs with digital outputs. Digital Vibration Measurement
The M-A342VD10 and M-A542VR10 both offer a velocity measurement range of ±100 mm/s and a displacement range of ±200 mm. Velocity measurements cover frequencies from 10 to 1000 Hz, while displacement measurements cover 1 to 100 Hz.
Both sensors provide raw, RMS and peak-to-peak digital outputs. Their digital interfaces remove the need for analog signal conditioning and support integration into monitoring systems.

Compact & Rugged Sensor Options
The M-A342VD10 provides a compact vibration monitoring option, measuring 48 × 24 × 16 mm and featuring an SPI/UART interface. It operates across a temperature range of -30 to +85°C.
For applications requiring greater environmental protection, the M-A542VR10 incorporates an IP67-rated metallic housing for protection against dust and water. Measuring 60 × 60 × 30 mm, it features an RS-422 interface and operates across a temperature range of -30 to +70°C, providing a rugged option for marine and offshore equipment applications.
