1521 MEMS Accelerometer
The 1521 is a rugged and cost-effective industrial-grade surface mount MEMS DC accelerometer designed to suit a wide variety of requirements for maritime and offshore applications, including instrumentation, robotic vehicles, and seismic measurement. Available in a variety of g-range options, it incorporates a MEMS capacitive sense element and a custom IC with integrated sense amplifier and differential output stage.
Each hermetically-sealed unit is individually factory tested and calibrated before shipment, and detailed calibration reports can be provided.
