CO2-Pro ATM Dissolved Gas Sensor

The CO2-Pro Atmosphere sensor provides highly accurate measurement of the partial pressure of CO2 gas in both surface water and air simultaneously, and is designed for integration into ocean buoys as well as shipboard flow-through systems. Providing long-term stable data output and fast response times, it consists of a sensing unit for water measurement and a connecting NEMA box that takes in air.

The CO₂-Pro Atmosphere features a patented water-pumped tubular membrane interface, ensuring rapid equilibration of headspace gas with the surrounding water.

Designed for use on buoys, the rugged unit is comprised of a CO₂-Pro™ that mounts under the buoy for water measurement connected to a NEMA box that is used to take in air from above the buoy. By alternating measurements of pCO₂ in both air and water, it delivers precise data essential for accurate surface flux calculations. This instrument is also easily adaptable for use in shipboard flow-through systems, making it highly versatile for a range of monitoring applications.
