The Mariner is a durable mid-sized USV that has been designed for coastal and offshore operations, offering a generous payload capacity of 400 kg and the ability to carry sensors both above and below the waterline. It is ideal for a wide range of use cases including patrolling, pipeline monitoring, and AUV support.
Built with a robust polyethylene hull and a combination of water jet propulsion and bow thrusters for precise maneuverability, it is capable of both autonomous and remote-controlled operations in areas that may be challenging or inaccessible to traditional survey vessels. Able to withstand a range of challenging weather conditions, the USV can be deployed and recovered from shore, or from a ship with an optional custom LARS (Launch and Recovery System) cradle.
The vessel can be equipped with an optional retractable moonpool elevator or fixed gondola for efficient and high-quality data collection. It can carry a wide range of sensors and equipment including radars, cameras, single- and multibeam echosounders, side scan sonars. and more.
