PHOTON is an ultra-compact ROV, weighing under 10kg and featuring industrial-grade construction and magnetically coupled drives for the utmost in reliability and performance in the harshest underwater conditions. Powered by six vectored thrusters, the highly maneuverable vehicle is capable of lateral movement and incorporates advanced sensor fusion for position tracking and autonomous station keeping.
PHOTON is equipped with a rotating 4K camera and can be expanded further with additional tools and sensors such as DVLs, USBLs, and sonars, making it ideal for a wide range of use cases including inspection, site mapping and 3D modeling. The system also offers the option of lithium-ion batteries or a direct power kit.
The PHOTON ROV is available in two different packages:
- PHOTON Base: enhanced 4k camera, LED floodlights, interchangeable battery, 100m tether and tether reel, BRIDGE integrated software and carrying cases
- PHOTON NAV: builds on the base package with additional features including a moving map tracking capability, autonomous stabilization features and tool skid with grabber for operation in high-current scenarios
All PHOTON packages include a 7″ BRIDGE integrated controller, heavy-duty tether reel, comprehensive sensor integration and at least 1-year warranty.
