MiniPods
Applied Acoustics’ MiniPod submersible GNSS receivers provide precise positioning for vehicles and equipment once they have surfaced, with L1 and L2 signal tracking as well as options for GNSS corrections. The rugged receivers are designed to withstand the challenging conditions of the splash zone, and include internal and external shock mounts.
The receivers are ideal for a wide range of applications including remote asset monitoring and surface positioning for AUVs and ROVs, towed sensors and seismic sources. They can be equipped with wireless RF communications to transmit data back to the shore or a vessel, and the 107GS includes built-in SATCOM capabilities via the IsatData Pro service.
