The Saudi International Maritime Forum, SIM 2026, is a high-level sovereign forum held with Royal approval and organized by the Royal Saudi Naval Forces under the supervision of the Ministry of Defense and the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Defense.

Under the theme “The Future of Seabed Security & Maritime Supply Chains in a Critically Changing World,” SIM 2026 will bring together naval leadership, government authorities, international military delegations, procurement stakeholders, operational decision-makers, and leading companies from the defense, maritime, energy, logistics, communications, and technology sectors.

Ministerial-level participation will connect each day of the programme to a key area of maritime security:

  • Day One – Maritime Energy Supply Chains, with participation from the Ministry of Energy
  • Day Two – Maritime Transport and Supply Chains, with participation from the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services
  • Day Three – Seabed Security and Digital Infrastructure, with participation from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology

The forum is expected to welcome representatives from more than 40 countries, over 100 speakers, 1,200 delegates, and 50 sponsoring companies. Official invitations have also been extended to Chiefs of Navy from more than 25 countries.

Unlike a public trade exhibition, SIM 2026 is a curated, sponsorship-led forum. Access is reserved for invited government and military delegations, approved delegates, leading sponsoring companies, and selected industry participants.

Through structured business-to-government meetings, the forum offers sponsors direct engagement with senior government decision-makers and relevant authorities responsible for maritime security, procurement, regulation, critical infrastructure, and future capability development. Sponsors will also benefit from strategic visibility, high-level networking, and opportunities to showcase their capabilities to a targeted sovereign and industry audience.

SIM 2026 will take place at the Sofitel Riyadh Hotel & Convention Center in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
