The amended agreements cover the Pipe-Laying Support Vessels (PLSVs) Skandi Buzios and Skandi Recife, extending their existing long-term contracts following negotiations with Petrobras. Both vessels are owned by a joint venture between DOF and TechnipFMC, with each company holding a 50% interest.

As part of the extensions, Skandi Buzios has received a 516-day extension, while Skandi Recife has secured a 550-day extension. The contracts were previously scheduled to conclude in the third quarter of 2026 and will now continue through January 2028. These extensions reinforce DOF’s strong position in the Brazilian offshore market.
