XPONENTIAL Europe 2027 returns to Düsseldorf from March 16–18, spotlighting cutting-edge developments in autonomous systems across all domains, including a strong presence of maritime and ocean technologies.
Further details will be announced soon. In the meantime, please refer to the previous event information below.
As Europe’s central hub for autonomous innovation, XPONENTIAL Europe showcases the complete value chain of uncrewed systems. For the ocean science and offshore sectors, this includes technologies that are redefining how we explore and protect the marine environment. The event brings together developers, researchers, and technology providers working on autonomous ships, underwater robots, acoustic sensing platforms, and long-duration monitoring systems that support sustainable ocean management, offshore energy, and maritime security.

March 24–26, 2026
XPONENTIAL Europe delivers a cross-domain program of exhibitions, technical sessions, and live demonstrations, with a dedicated focus on maritime autonomy. Participants can explore systems designed for ocean observation, offshore operations, and maritime situational awareness.
Today’s maritime systems and technologies cover a wide spectrum of innovations—from autonomous ships and underwater robots to autonomous navigation, acoustic sensing, and long-duration ocean-monitoring platforms. These systems are revolutionizing shipping, offshore energy, marine research, and naval defense. At XPONENTIAL Europe, attendees can engage directly with the developers behind these technologies and explore real-world use cases.
With over 157 sessions delivered in 2025, the 2026 event will expand on topics relevant to ocean science, including data integration in marine robotics, real-time ocean monitoring, and the role of autonomy in environmental and defense operations at sea.
Demonstrations across air, land, sea, and space will include maritime autonomous vehicles and sensing systems designed for offshore and underwater environments.
Attendees will connect with peers from the marine research community, ocean engineering firms, offshore energy developers, and environmental monitoring agencies.
