Canadian Underwater Conference & Exhibition 2027
The Canadian Underwater Conference & Exhibition (CUCE) returns 4-6 April 2027 as Canada’s national gathering for the underwater and hyperbaric industries.
Hosted in Toronto, the event brings together professionals from across North America to share expertise and explore developments in underwater operations. The program spans a wide range of onshore and offshore sectors including occupational diving, hyperbaric operations, ROV and AUV deployment, and underwater regulation in environments such as aquaculture, oil and gas, and ports and harbors.
Now in its 14th edition since its inception in 2008, CUCE 2026 is expected to attract around 200 delegates, 11 speakers, and up to 28 exhibitors. Attendees will include commercial, military, and public safety divers and supervisors, hyperbaric specialists, and Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) and manned submersible operators.

What’s On at the 2026 Canadian Underwater Conference?
The event will feature a mix of presentations, exhibits, and networking opportunities. Participants can expect in-depth coverage of topics relevant to underwater industries, including:
- Occupational and scientific diving
- ROV, AUV, and manned submersible operations
- Hyperbaric operations and tunnel construction
- Diving safety and regulation in various sectors such as oil and gas, aquaculture, and emergency services
The exhibition floor will host displays from key suppliers and organizations within the underwater sector, offering attendees a chance to see the latest technologies and solutions in action.
Canadian Underwater Conference 2026 Keynote Speaker
The 2026 keynote address will be delivered by Craig Frederick, who brings 45 years of offshore experience as a diver, supervisor, and manager. Born in Ontario, Craig was notably the dive supervisor during the ‘The Last Breath’ saturation diving incident in the North Sea. His address will take place immediately after the plated lunch on Tuesday, 24 March 2026.
