Hyperion Crude Oil
Hyperion Crude Oil is a compact standalone environmental sensor that delivers high-performance measurements of hydrocarbon levels. Housed in a robust titanium enclosure rated for depths to 6000 metres, it is ideal for integration into underwater vehicles and can also be used as part of a multi-sensor array.
The sensor features a wide range isolated power supply accepting 9-28V DC, and can output data via RS232, RS485 and Modbus at rates of up to 32 Hz. It can be supplied with sensor guards and a specially designed anti-snag connector cover, as well as a more robust Kevlar weave protected cable.
