Teledyne Marine’s shallow water multibeam echosounders support seabed mapping and hydrographic surveys in coastal waters, harbors, rivers, and other survey areas. Maximum survey depth varies by model, reaching approximately 900 m with the SeaBat T50 Extended Range.
MB2: Designed for fast mobilization on smaller vessels. It offers a selectable swath width up to 140°, a 1.8° × 1.8° beam width, and selectable frequencies from 200 to 460 kHz. An integrated IMU and GPS heading system and a real-time sound velocity probe are optional.
SeaBat T51-R: Offers 800 kHz operation for detailed surveys and a selectable 350–430 kHz range for extended coverage. It includes autonomous sonar controls, with an integrated Inertial Navigation System (INS) available as an option.
SeaBat T20-P: Combines compact, lightweight transducers with a water-resistant Portable Sonar Processor for fast mobilization. It supports snippets, sidescan backscatter, and full water-column backscatter.
SeaBat T20-R: Rack-mounted multibeam system designed for fast installation on survey vessels. An integrated INS is available as an option for sensor time tagging and motion stabilization.
SeaBat T20-R IDH: Dual-head T20 configuration with up to 1,024 user-selectable beams and frequency operation across the listed 190–420 kHz range.
SeaBat T50-P: Portable multibeam system designed for fast mobilization on smaller vessels, with frequency agility from 190 to 420 kHz.
