Our Production Capabilities

Our capabilities include:

Milling – we utilize 4-axis machines for components of up to 3000 mm in length, and 3-axis machines for parts of up to 6000 mm

Turning – we can accommodate parts of up to 3500mm in length

Boring and Drilling – we can create high-precision internal cavities and channels within components, and offer drilling at depth

Surface and Rotational Grinding – we can work with both metallic and nonmetallic materials to provide the smoothest finish possible, while maintaining desired dimensional accuracy

Welding – we are proficient in both MIG and TIG welding techniques

Surface and Heat Treatments – we offer a range of treatments to enhance the material properties of components, allowing them to resist corrosion and withstand the harsh conditions of offshore and underwater environments

Painting – we provide both wet and powder coating services, protecting components from corrosion and other forms of environmental degradation

Assembly – we can assemble mechanical parts into complete units and systems, working with weights of up to 5000 kg

3D Measurement – high-accuracy measurement tools allow us to precisely verify component dimensions and tolerances, ensuring adherence to exact design specifications
