The FortiSwitch Rugged range is designed to withstand intense temperature fluctuations and includes fanless models with no moving parts, redundant power inputs, IP40-rated options, and DIN-rail and rackmount form factors. Gigabit Ethernet speeds and above are supported across the portfolio, while PoE and PoE++ options enable connected devices such as cameras, sensors and wireless access points to be powered directly over the network.
When deployed with FortiGate Rugged Next-Generation Firewalls, FortiSwitch Rugged enables a converged Ethernet architecture with integrated cybersecurity protection.
