1522 MEMS Accelerometer
The 1522 is a rugged low-cost industrial-grade surface mount MEMS DC accelerometer with a wide operating temperature range of -55 to +125°C, making it ideal for marine and maritime applications experiencing large fluctuations or prolonged extremes of temperature. Available in a variety of g-range options, it incorporates a MEMS capacitive sense element and a custom IC with integrated sense amplifier and differential output stage.
Each hermetically-sealed unit is individually factory tested and calibrated before shipment, and detailed calibration reports can be provided.
