The 1710-OEM is a highly compact onboard video processor engineered for embedded imaging applications where size, weight, and power consumption are critical design considerations. Built around the 17xx-OEM platform, the processor delivers advanced video processing, encoding, streaming, and analytics capabilities within one of Sightline’s smallest hardware footprints. Available as both an OEM module and a System on Module (SOM), the platform supports streamlined integration into custom maritime and surveillance systems while providing a scalable foundation for onboard video exploitation.
Designed for EO and thermal imaging applications, the 1710-OEM supports multiple digital video inputs and H.264/H.265 encoded video streaming for real-time situational awareness. The processor enables full-feature single-channel processing at up to 1080p/30 and supports MISB-compliant metadata generation for integration into intelligence, monitoring, and surveillance workflows. With low power consumption, flexible connectivity, and compatibility with a broad range of camera modules, the 1710-OEM is well suited to maritime surveillance, autonomous marine platforms, vessel monitoring systems, and other embedded imaging applications requiring advanced processing in an exceptionally small form factor.
