The IQ Power (V04306) is a compact Battery Management System (BMS) controller for integrated packs requiring high-current sensing and configurable protection. It supports 3S to 16S arrangements, monitors up to five NTC temperature inputs, and provides 100 mA cell balancing as standard or 180 mA as an option. The controller measures cell voltage, temperature, and pack current while supporting designs both with and without contactor driving. Configuration can be adjusted for different battery chemistries and pack sizes.
Current and high-voltage measurements are provided through the V07043 Power Sensing Module family, with 100 A, 200 A, and 300 A options available. The sensing hardware can be integrated with the V04306 for reduced wiring and a smaller installed footprint. It can also be mounted separately and connected by a standard harness to accommodate different mechanical layouts. Optional secondary protection supplements the controller’s internal safety circuits, while multiple CAN interfaces, BLE, Wi-Fi, programmable GPIO, and LED status output support integration, control, and diagnostics.
