The Denchi BB-2590 is a world-class, high-capacity tactical battery pack engineered for the most challenging operational conditions, including subsea and unmanned marine environments. With an IP66 waterproof rating, dual voltage output (14.4V / 28.8V), and smart battery communication via SMBus, the BB-2590 delivers safe, reliable power for UUVs, AUVs, and marine robotics.

Our purpose-built 600 sq. m manufacturing facility in the North of Scotland is equipped to handle both low- and high-volume production of advanced battery systems. For subsea and AUV/UUV applications, rigorous testing and traceability are central to every build.

Every battery is serialised and linked to comprehensive performance data, providing confidence in quality and traceability from build to deployment. Our ongoing investment in digitalisation and automated testing ensures consistent output that meets the stringent demands of subsea and autonomous marine systems.

Production and testing capabilities include:

• Multi-channel cyclic life testing and UN38.3 compliance
• Shock, vibration, thermal, and altitude stress testing
• Abuse testing (penetration, over-temp, short circuit, thermal runaway)
