Engineered with versatility in mind, the PORTUS Pole enables quick setup aboard a wide range of small vessels, from six-foot boats to larger workboats up to 50 feet, making it ideal for rapid deployment in the field.
The video highlights how the PORTUS Pole’s multi-directional carbon fiber construction provides both rigidity and portability, keeping the full system light enough to fit within a single airline-checked luggage case. Once familiar with the setup, a single operator can deploy the system in about 90 minutes on a new vessel, achieving survey speeds of up to 8–9 knots with excellent performance and stability.
