Standard Subsea Batteries
SubCtech's rechargeable Li-ion batteries have been optimized for marine and offshore applications, and are encased in titanium pressure housings for operation down to 6000 metres. The compact and lightweight batteries are ideal for long-term and deep-water deployments including ROV and AUV power supplies, as well as for buoys and diving equipment. They can be charged rapidly and safely underwater or onboard a vessel.
A range of standard COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) batteries are available, and all can be customized to meet specific requirements for capacity, current, voltage, size and housing.
