XMB 11K
The XMB-11K is a self-contained and independently powered submersible VHF radio beacon that is designed to protect valuable underwater assets and make tracking and recovery as easy as possible. With a rugged all-titanium enclosure, it can withstand depths of down to 11,000 meters.
While underwater, the device monitors water conductivity and begins transmitting on a pre-programmed frequency upon reaching the surface. It can be detected from up to 12 km away and located using a direction-finding device.
