The company is showcasing its flagship Mimer SoftRadio platform on OST, supporting the remote control and monitoring of analog and digital radios across vessels, platforms, and control centers.
Mimer SoftRadio
Mimer SoftRadio converts radio audio and control signals into IP streams, allowing operators to manage analog and digital radios from any location using a PC, microphone, and internet connection. Radios are connected via the Mimer Network Interface and appear virtually on the operator’s screen for full control and monitoring.
The system supports over 60 radio models, including Motorola, Sepura, Kenwood, Icom, and Jotron, and integrates with intercoms, VoIP telephony, and PA systems. It is widely used for ship-to-shore communication, offshore coordination, and unmanned vessel control in mission-critical maritime, science, and industrial environments.

Mimer SoftRadio Service
Mimer SoftRadio Service is a Windows-based middleware that connects analog, DMR, and TETRA radios to external systems over IP without requiring local server installations. Using a proprietary protocol and open API, it supports PTT, audio routing, channel switching, and real-time status updates.
Radios and operators are managed using unique MimerIDs. Multiple operators can access the same radio simultaneously with synchronized control. The API allows full customization of client applications for desktop, web, or embedded platforms across dispatch systems, PoC services, and mission control tools.

Mimer SoftLine
Mimer SoftLine connects radios, telephones, and intercoms over IP networks using compact hardware. It supports both analog and digital formats, allowing mixed communication systems to operate together without replacing existing equipment.
The system enables cross-patching between device types and remote audio access over LAN, VPN, or the internet. It’s used to link dispersed sites and control rooms, enhancing coverage and interoperability across different platforms.
Mimer X-Link
Mimer X-Link connects two or more radio systems via IP. It transmits PTT, audio, and control data between locations in real time. Radios behave as if they were on the same local network.
The system supports analog and digital radios, including repeaters. It eliminates the need for leased lines or microwave links. X-Link is used to link shore stations, mobile units, and offshore installations, and supports scalable multi-site networks.
Mimer VoiceLog
Mimer VoiceLog captures audio from radios, intercoms, phones, and dispatch consoles over IP networks, enabling centralized logging across geographically dispersed systems. The system records multiple sources simultaneously in WAV or MP3 format with timestamps, channel data, PTT activations, selective call details, and user IDs.
Integrated with Mimer SoftRadio, VoiceLog includes an AI-powered transcription engine that converts speech to text, supports multiple languages, and triggers alerts from defined keywords or emergency phrases to enhance situational awareness and documentation.
