1527 MEMS Accelerometer
SDI’s 1527 is a tactical-grade surface mount MEMS DC accelerometer that is ideal for applications requiring high repeatability, low noise, and long-term stability under a wide range of operating temperatures, including marine navigation, maritime robotics and vessel instrumentation. Each miniature hermetically-sealed sensor incorporates a MEMS capacitive sense element and a custom IC with integrated sense amplifier and differential output stage.
The 1527 is available in a number of different g-range options. Each unit is individually factory tested and calibrated before shipment, and detailed calibration reports are provided.
