The BX-USV is a compact and lightweight autonomous robotic platform designed to offer a low-cost and sustainable solution for a wide variety of marine applications, providing an advantage over crewed vessels in constrained or hazardous environments. With a payload capacity of 10 kg, it offers virtually limitless reconfiguration possibilities and can be customized either by AGISTAR or the end-user for a range of different missions.
The vessel can be powered by 12Ah lithium batteries as standard, or by 40Ah batteries for enhanced mission endurances of over 2 hours. Two external culvert thrusters are positioned flat with the underside of the hull to reduce collision and entanglement with weeds or debris. The system utilizes a 2.4 GHz communications link for reliable long-range remote control and data transmission, and also supports Bluetooth and wired connections.
The BX-USV features spacious dry payload bays for electronics and sensor integration, with openings for connectors and cables. It can be equipped with a wide range of payloads, including automatic sampling apparatus, water quality monitoring instruments, ADCPs, side scan sonars and more.
The AGISTAR CLEANER is a lightweight and easy-to-deploy robotic solution for cleanup of floating waste and debris. With a compact footprint, it is ideal for navigating and cleaning waterways that are too narrow or awkward for crewed vessels, enabling the improvement of water quality and the protection and restoration of marine environments.
The robust USV can be fitted with nets with three different mesh sizes, and can hold up to 10 kg of waste. Powered by lithium batteries, it provides a mission endurance of up to 4 hours, and is equipped with an onboard 1080p camera for high-quality video recording.
The AGISTAR CLEANER is available in a standard variant, as well as a Pro version that offers an AI-powered automatic waste detection and collection mode.
The USVSTAR is a compact and adaptable platform for missions ranging from water sampling to underwater inspections. With a small footprint and modular construction, it operates effectively in the open ocean, coastal zones and shallow waterways that larger vessels cannot access, supporting a wide range of ocean science tasks.
Developed as a compact evolution of the BX USV II, the USVSTAR measures under one meter and weighs around 15 kilograms when fully equipped, while carrying payloads of up to 35 kilograms and reaching cruising speeds of up to 3 meters per second. The system assembles in approximately three minutes and includes an autopilot for consistent operation.
The vessel can be outfitted with several box sizes, robotic arms, sensors, echosounders, GNSS receivers and water quality analyzers. It also supports an underwater camera, PVC floats, a waterproof box, a 5 liter bottle for sampling and an extendable metal platform for added versatility. Long lasting batteries with adjustable speeds provide extended mission capability, while transport is simplified through quick disassembly and the use of deflated buoys.
The AGISTAR Life is a remote-controlled lifebuoy that can move at speeds of up to 18 km/h – five times faster than the swimming speed of a human lifeguard. Able to operate either side up, it can be simply thrown into the water and directed using a remote control towards the victim, who can then grab the handles and be brought back to safety.
With a high-buoyancy design, the AGISTAR Life is able to keep up to three adults afloat simultaneously. Thanks to its powerful motors, it can work against fast-moving currents and withstand breaking waves. The unit also features an automatic return function that activates in the event of communications loss with the controller.
The OXR-T100 is a cutting-edge and zero-emissions electric propulsion system designed for inflatable boats. A vessel can be fitted with two to four units according to requirements, and all units automatically identify each other and coordinate autonomously to achieve optimal propulsion. The system is easy to install and can be fitted or removed in just three minutes.
The shallow draft design allows safe and efficient navigation in floods, shallow waters, and challenging waters, and ducted propellers prevent injuries and reduce the risk of entanglement with weeds and debris.
The system can be controlled remotely, and can be fitted with an optional 4G module.
