Impact Subsea, a developer of underwater sensor technology, has entered into a distributor agreement with Ashtead Technology Singapore, expanding access to its advanced sensor solutions for Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) and Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) in the region.
This collaboration enables Ashtead Technology to provide Impact Subsea’s products for both purchase and rental, enhancing availability and support for industry professionals.
Building on an already strong relationship between the two companies, this agreement follows Ashtead Technology’s acquisition of Seatronics last year. By leveraging Ashtead Technology Singapore’s well-established presence, market expertise, and extensive service offerings, the collaboration ensures that customers in the region have an additional trusted source for Impact Subsea’s innovative products.
Impact Subsea is renowned for its development of high-performance subsea sensors and systems, including sonar, altimeters, depth and temperature sensors, Attitude and Heading Reference Systems (AHRS), and a Flooded Member Detection System. Designed for reliability and compactness, these technologies play a crucial role in underwater operations, supporting inspection, survey, and monitoring applications across offshore energy, oceanographic research, and subsea construction industries.

With this new distributor agreement, Impact Subsea’s sensor solutions will be available for both purchase and rental through Ashtead Technology Singapore.
