SEAMOR Marine has officially joined the SubC Imaging OEM partner network to integrate advanced underwater imaging technology into its fleet of observation-class remotely operated vehicles.

The collaboration aims to provide operators in aquaculture, public safety, infrastructure inspection, defense, and marine research with higher-quality subsea visuals as part of a complete ROV solution. This partnership reflects a shift toward providing integrated systems rather than standalone components, simplifying the deployment process for complex underwater operations.
“Our newly designed vehicle, Orca, was developed with flexible camera integration at its core, allowing operators to choose the imaging solution that best fits their specific mission requirements,” commented Robin Li, President at SEAMOR Marine. “Partnering with SubC Imaging enhances this capability by providing proven, high-quality imaging technology that complements our platform and supports our goal of delivering reliable, fully integrated ROV solutions.”
The joint effort focuses on creating dependable underwater technology that improves visual data collection while streamlining system integration. SubC Imaging and SEAMOR Marine emphasize the development of versatile solutions designed to function effectively in complex underwater environments, helping meet the growing need for systems that combine reliable vehicle platforms with advanced imaging.

“We see a strong alignment between SEAMOR Marine and SubC Imaging in how we approach product development,” said Charlene Hounsell, Sales Manager at SubC Imaging.” Both companies are focused on building reliable, versatile solutions that help customers work more efficiently and collect better data in complex underwater environments.”
The partnership offers customers an additional avenue to access proven technology designed to support clearer visual data and more efficient underwater operations. By working together, the two companies are facilitating easier access to integrated imaging technology directly through established vehicle manufacturers.
