The third edition of Underwater Intervention (UI), a key event for underwater operations professionals, will take place in New Orleans from December 3-5, 2025, at the Morial Convention Center.

The event will be co-located with the International WorkBoat Show, creating a hub for the marine, offshore, and subsea communities.

UI is hosted by the WorkBoat team in collaboration with the Association of Diving Contractors International (ADCI) and the ROV Committee of the Marine Technology Society (MTS). This collaboration creates a unique conference program cultivated by experts in the field.

The three-day event will offer focused programming across seven distinct technical tracks, such as commercial diving, Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs), subsea construction, cable and pipeline operations, offshore energy, and other emerging maritime technologies.

The topics covered range from underwater inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM) work to manned submersibles, deep-water ROV systems, offshore wind foundations, and cable-laying technologies. UI provides a platform to connect, learn, and transact in this specialized sector.

Visitors can also expect to see over 100 exhibitors showcasing the latest advances in underwater equipment and operations.

The attendee base is expected to be diverse, including commercial diving contractors, marine surveyors, private and public sector end-users, offshore oil and gas professionals, marine archaeologists, universities, and research institutions.

The co-location with the International WorkBoat Show means that all exhibit hall passes include access to this show, providing networking opportunities across the broader marine and offshore ecosystem.

Attendees and exhibitors are positioned to gain access to the underwater intervention and subsea operations space, described as one of the fastest-growing segments of the maritime industry.
