StrateSea Technology has been selected by NATO’s Defense Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) to join the 2026 Challenge Program, distinguishing itself as a key innovator in the maritime defense sector.

The developer of operator-first AI systems is one of only 150 companies selected from a pool of more than 3,600 applicants across 24 NATO nations. The cohort is tasked with advancing dual-use technologies that address critical defense and security priorities.
StrateSea was chosen for its flagship platform, FeatureLab™. This no-code, sensor-agnostic AI system is engineered to accelerate detection, classification, and decision-making processes derived from multi-modal maritime data. The system is specifically designed to enable operators to deploy AI in disconnected, contested, and bandwidth-limited environments while ensuring transparency and mission relevance remain intact.
As part of the DIANA program, the company will focus on further developing and validating its technology within the Maritime Operations challenge area. Key areas of focus will include multi-sensor fusion, subsea domain awareness, mine countermeasures, and autonomous maritime workflows.
Beginning in January 2026, program participants will receive contractual funding and gain access to a network of accelerator sites and more than 200 test centers situated across the 32 NATO nations. Through this initiative, companies work directly with military end-users, technical experts, and investors to accelerate testing and transition technologies into operational programs.
Victoria Price-Doucet, CEO and Co-Founder of StrateSea Technology, said, “We are honored to join the 2026 DIANA cohort. The ocean is now a strategic zone for national security and critical infrastructure. Achieving decision advantage in this domain requires trusted, explainable AI that works in real-world conditions. DIANA provides an unparalleled pathway to advance subsea intelligence across Allied missions.”
