The RiverStar series of ADCPs (acoustic Doppler current profilers) provides high-accuracy water velocity measurements in a variety of currents. Automatically switching to Pulse Coherent Signal mode in shallow and low-flow conditions, the sensors enable data collection in as little as 30cm of water.
A fully automated measurement mode eliminates the need for manual configuration of flow measurement parameters. Data can be stored in on-board memory and synchronized via software, ensuring reliable data retention and accessibility.
Available in 600 or 1200 Khz options and providing an operational range of up to 180 meters, the rugged sensors can be mounted to a wide range of platforms, including USVs, trimarans, cableway towing systems, motorized survey vessels, and buoys.
